We had not previously utilized videos as a means of education and generally relied on contact with our clients. It had been challenging to reach new clients in order to help them understand the potential. However, being able to showcase the potential of the casks via a virtual platform has been pivotal in these changing times. We know that this is just the beginning of our journey in reaching new markets, which is extremely exciting for future developments.
